Shipping & Returns

Kleenrite Chemical offers three convenient shipping options.

• Ground (Standard) Shipping: This option is free on all qualifying orders. Products shipped via standard service are normally delivered within 1 to 5 business days after shipment, depending on location.
• 2nd Day Air Shipping: For an additional charge, Kleenrite Chemical offers expedited 2nd Day Air shipping for most products. Products shipped via 2nd Day Air service prior to 5:00 p.m. MST are normally delivered by end of day two business days after shipment.
• Next Day Air Shipping: For an additional charge, Kleenrite Chemical offers expedited overnight shipping for most products. Products shipped prior to 5:00 p.m. MST via Next Day Air service are normally delivered by 10:30 a.m. local time one business day after shipment. Next Day Air delivery is not available for orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.
• Free Shipping is available for select and promotional items to addresses within the continental United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.

Remember that these estimates are for time-in-transit only, and that they do not apply until the product leaves Kleenrite Chemical’s facilities. As the delivery of your order is beyond Kleenrite Chemical’s control once your order leaves Kleenrite Chemical’s facilities, Kleenrite Chemical cannot assume liability for late deliveries, regardless of the delivery method you specify.

Signature is required for deliveries: If you will not be at the shipping address to accept delivery of your order, consider shipping the item to an address where someone you trust will be available to sign for your package. Once your order has prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. Title and risk of loss to all products will pass to you on delivery. Please note that for deliveries that require a signature, if you are willing to assume the risks of delivering your order without a signature, you may authorize Kleenrite Chemical to arrange for a delivery that does not require anyone to be at the delivery address.

Undeliverable Packages: Occasionally packages are returned to Kleenrite Chemical as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to Kleenrite Chemical, please contact Kleenrite Chemical to make arrangements for reshipment.

Failed Delivery Attempts: Most of Kleenrite Chemical’s carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. After three delivery attempts, the carrier will return the package to Kleenrite Chemical.

If you are not satisfied with your Kleenrite Chemical purchase, please email for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product. If the item is returnable and you send it back to us unopened in the original box, Kleenrite Chemical will offer you a refund based on your original method of payment, excluding any shipping. You must return the product to the Kleenrite Chemical warehouse within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA. Kleenrite Chemical will assess a 10% restocking fee on any unopened product; opened product is not eligible for a refund. The return shipping charges will be deducted from refund amount.

Please review these policies carefully as they are the terms of sale that govern your purchases at the BuyKleen.com Store. They set out your rights and obligations with respect to your purchases, including important limitations and exclusions, such as those in Kleenrite Chemical’s product warranties. Your placement of an order at the BuyKleen.com Store constitutes your agreement that these policies apply to the order, so be certain you understand them before you place your order. It is the user’s responsibility to determine the safety, toxicity and suitability of their own use, handling and disposal of the product. Kleenrite Chemical assumes no responsibility for injury to the recipient or third persons, or for any damage to any property resulting from misuse of the product(s).

Sales to Professional End Users Only: The BuyKleen.com Store sells and ships products to professional cleaning technician customers only. “Professionals” are those individuals who have attended professional cleaning courses and are in the daily business of cleaning – such as, carpet cleaners, janitors and housekeeping staff. You may not purchase for resale; for resale information, please contact us directly. Kleenrite Chemical reserves the right to refuse or cancel your order if we suspect you are not a Professional or are purchasing for resale.

Sales Tax: Applicable to orders shipping in New Mexico only.  In addition to the price of your purchases, Kleenrite Chemical will charge you sales tax based on your shipping address and the sales tax rate in effect at the time your order is billed. If the sales tax rate for the state to which your order is being shipped changes before the product is shipped, the rate in effect at the time your order is invoiced will apply. The proof of purchase that Kleenrite Chemcial mails to you will include any applicable sales tax.
